These other factions are different countries but all are part of my Empire I got going as Prince of Chen or Liu Chen. This is the same conversation Im having with diplomacy in my game. Canada won but Canada is part of the British Empire just like Australia is they are below the Queen of England in the United Kingdom. Its kind of like in reality the United Kingdom had Canada and Australia on the front conquer into China for a 3rd part of the crown for world domination.

I probably know the answer to this and all 3 seats have to be faction owned not through vassals or factions below you in a empire. Now if one of my factions in my empire conquer that third seat (capital) I need on other side of the map do I win? They are part of my empire below me. Its kind of the samething having them as vassals but I control the diplomacy and peace over everyone in my empire I created or thats what I noticed and everyone is more chill about this with satisfaction amongst each other in diplomacy and I make a little more off them with them in my empire. I made a bunch of other factions as vassals then liberated them later on then invited them to join my empire. Im testing the diplomacy thing out if I can win like this. These other factions should be looking at me as head or ruler over their country too and if they capture that last capital I need that should combine into my empire. They arent vassals its empire feature in diplomacy. I created an empire not alliance through coalition. The last capital from another faction that was captured by a faction in my empire (through diplomacy) would that win me the game because the factions in my empire arent vassals but they look at me as the King or Emperor over their realms or countries. So if Im one of the factions making claims to be emperor and I hold one of the other capitals from the factions making claim to be emperor.
